Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Harvard University (CSS_HES) and an MBA in Finance and Capital Markets from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC-SP). Executive career as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture - RJ), Corporate Finance Manager at Nutrimental (PR) and Director of Strategy, Marketing and New Business at Electrolux (SP). Founder of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance Paraná Chapter (IBGC). Member of the Harvard Angels of Brazil and Securities Consultant (CVM).
He has extensive experience in Investment Banking, having developed and coordinated dozens of successful Structured Debt, Equity (Venture Capital), and M&A transactions over a career spanning more than 20 years. In Wealth Management, he specializes in Alternative Assets and Offshore Investments, particularly in Private Debt, Real Estate, Venture Capital, and Private Equity.

GUILHERME BAUMGARDT
Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

ADRIANO MARCOVICI
Graduated in Law from UFPR Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from Universidade Positivo (UP), Postgraduate in Tax Law from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Postgraduate in Business Law Management from UNIFAE, Member of IDRE (Institute of Business Recovery Law).
He worked for 15 years as an Executive in Companies linked to industry, agribusiness, logistics, transport and port operations, holding the roles of Legal Director, New Business Director and Administrative and Financial Director.
Acts as an External Member of the Board of Directors of Companies.

PAULO BLASER
Graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP).
He worked as an Executive at Ford do Brasil, Banca Comercialle Italiana, Cia Suzano and Grupo Gazeta Mercantil.
A specialist in Project Finance with the World Bank, IFC, BNDES, and other multilateral institutions, he has worked on the capitalization of numerous projects for a wide range of sectors.

Graduated in Economics from Positivo University (UP), Master's student in Economics from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).

Career at 4UM Investimentos as a Product Analyst, developing investment fund analysis for institutional investors and pension funds .
Experience in analyzing and defining macroeconomic scenarios, capital allocation, managing exclusive funds (FIP, FIA, FIDC, FIC RF), executing onshore and offshore transactions, and developing structured products for high-income investors. He has structured and implemented exclusive investment vehicles for tax and inheritance efficiency, as well as alternative products in international markets.

LEONARDO MANN SELEME
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Finance at Saint Paul Business School. He worked at Volvo Financial Services in the FP&A area of South America and also worked as a Financial Analyst and Controller at Figueira Administração.
